"Sometimes
it's hard to pray for ourselves when we are going through and sometimes
‘Silence is Golden’ when seeking comfort, understanding, guidance, and
reassurance. Here’s a suggestion to help get through the toughest times
when you have become Spiritually Fatigued:
"Lord...I need Your (Holy Spirit) to (intercede) for all my needs, my desires for your will and way in my life to be done. I am drained of spirit and of heart; still I know my strength is in you.I will keep silent before you God and I invite you to please (Stand in Your Holy Temple) and (Anoint my body as Your Vessel) so that (Your Good Works) may be done. I COMMAND whatsoever is being done in my life in Heaven be brought down to Earth in Christ Name...Amen...!" NOW from there on...LET GOD…do the rest!
Simply invite the Holy Spirit in to do the works you cannot do! The Scripture about 'The Lord is in His Holy Temple...Let All the Earth keep Silent before Him..." it also pertains to OUR PHYSICAL BODY which IS also God's Holy Temple and His place of rest if we allow Him.
Sometimes to Love, Revere, Commune and Receive from God...we must experience God in Silence, Spirit and Truth by sitting quietly, undistracted and in meditation. If meditation is new to you start trying at least ten or fifteen minutes of just silence or even five minutes just as long as you make the effort. I also suggest before you do your initial cleansing prayer of thanks and forgiveness and the prayer to invite the Holy Spirit in, you should clear your mind. Just make your mantra/chant "Peace Be Still"...you can vocalize it or just hold the thought in your mind...and when your mind starts to wander off even during the meditation just keep repeating “Peace Be Still” until you lose yourself in God's loving arms. You may also play soft music if you’d like, I use nice instrumental or classical music. But one of my favorites with a calming vibe and lyrics to help my mindset is “Let Go” by Aaron Neville available on youtube as well as for purchase on Amazon.
Regardless, with or without music, the “Peace Be Still” Meditation will take you to a new level of intimacy, love and peace with God you can't begin to imagine. The more you and longer you meditate the higher your Spirit will ascend. I wouldn't take this much time to type and tell you about it, if I haven't tried it myself.
Throughout my Spiritual Journey I have obtained so many great lessons that I love sharing because I am so much happier in my life and I cannot begin to express the joy in my heart. It is my greatest desire that all people come to this Utopia in Life. Spirituality has given me what Religion could not…and that is a Peace, Understanding and an Irreplaceable Relationship with The Creator that is as Infinite as God. I am always humbled daily as I continue to study and learn through Divine Revelation. I also know I am yet to be perfect but in the Eyes, Arms and Heart of God...there is not one He loves more than I…this is how we all should feel…God loves none more than the other...for God’s Love is Limitless still so abundant you feel you are God’s only True Love!"
